Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. InnerVital has no servers and never uploads your information.
Q: How do I retake the constitution test?
A: Go to the Me tab → tap your constitution card → tap "Retake Test".
Q: How do I switch the language?
A: Go to the Me tab → tap the language toggle at the top of the page.
Q: How do I enable daily reminders?
A: Go to the Me tab → Notification Settings → toggle on and set your preferred time.
Q: How do I back up my data?
A: Go to the Me tab → tap "Export Backup" to save your data to iCloud Drive or your device.

A: No. InnerVital is a wellness education app based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
